RETURNS & EXCHANGES + DELIVERY

Delivery Information

If your chosen item is in stock and the order is made before 3pm we will dispatch your items on the same day. If the order is made after 3pm we will dispatch it the following day. Simple as that!

Delivery Times

If your chosen item is not in stock we either have already placed an order for new stock or are getting new styles in to replace it. If it is on order, it can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched however some brands may take longer up to 6 weeks. Although our suppliers are reliable and accurate with in their delivery times, there is always possibility for the rare occurrence that stock does get delayed. This is completely out of our hands however we keep our customers as informed as possible. 

Not Available or Sold Out

If your size is sold out, you can send us an email and we may be able put through a special order for you! Please keep in mind, ordering items in will take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the item. 

Delivery Rates

No hidden costs - we do not penalise you for bigger orders; the extra postage cost is on us. Because our system is fully automated, payment is deducted upon placement of your order.

Delivery Options

Standard $8.50 (within Australia)

Express $10.99 (within Australia)

We will dispatch your order within 1 day on receipt of your order provided that the stock is available in our warehouse. We aim to send out orders made before 3pm on the same day! Otherwise, it will be shipped the next morning. Your delivery will be made via the Australia Post eParcel service, which is fast, safe and trackable. Delivery within Australia is guaranteed on the next day (within the Express Post networks and lodgement requirements). In the unlikely event of the parcel being lost within the Australia Post system, we will re-send your order at no extra cost to you and replace lost items free of charge.

 

Returns and Exchanges 

We understand that something doesn't always fit or look as planned, especially when your buying undergarments online! So we accept exchanges and returns on items (except underwear) as long as they are left unworn and that tags are still attached as new. All returns and exchanges must be made within 28 days of purchase date. There is no refund or exchange on underwear for hygiene purpose, this includes swimwear bottoms. There are no charges on the first return or exchange, we've got that covered! However, following the first return/exchange, the cost will be covered by the customer. All you need to do is send an email to info@cherrymama.com.au  and we will send you a free post label. 

Sale items:

Sale items can be returned and exchanged too! Its a miracle right? For all returns and exchanges on sale items, please make sure again its all unworn with labels attached and within 14 days of the purchase date. 

Faulty Items:

If the items are faulty , send us an email and we will get back to you and notify you on what to do !
